Conditions:

• Position: Retail Store Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent Position)
• Wage: $21.15 – $23.15 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
• Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work (morning, daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Vacation: 5.77% gross salary
• Position available: 1

Requirements:

• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk or cashier is required
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staffs and cashiers
• Assign sales staffs and cashiers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
