Mirae Holdings Ltd. dba Treehouse Toys (Edmonton International Airport) is looking for a full-time permanent retail store supervisor to join the team as soon as possible.

Location: 1 Outlet Collection Way, suite #309, Leduc, Alberta T9E 1J5
Hourly rate: $24.00 – $26.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30- 40 hours / week)
Start date: As soon as possible
Work setting: Retail business
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Duties
• Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
• Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
• Order merchandise
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Establish work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and/or return of merchandise
• Resolve issues such as customer complaints or supply shortages
