Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties; Authorize return of merchandise; Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages; Organize and maintain inventory;Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Experience and specialization: Sculpting, engraving and mold making medium; Clay
