Job Duties:
Supervise business at times alone and monitor customers as required as well as upsell products
Cash outs and till balancing at end of shifts as well as maintain inventory
Authorize payments for gas, retail items and provide owners with required inventory to purchase
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and user errors
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new retail staff
Supervisor operations of the business during off peak hours
Prepare orders for suppliers and cross check requirements
Oversee the food center to ensure fully stocked and prepared safely
Job Requirements:
Attention to detail
Criminal record check is required
Able to work night shifts
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Good at math
Excellent customer service
