Retail Sales Supervisor
Kansas Enterprises (Franchises) Ltd. is looking for ONE permanent full-time
Retail Supervisor who could join immediately.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time, Permanent
BENEFITS: As per Employment Standards Act; 10 days paid vacation
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 relevant years experience.
EDUCATION: Completion of secondary is required
WAGE RATE: $22.50 per hour, 30 hours per week.
START DATE OF EMPLOYMENT: As soon as possible
Position Available : One
JOB DUTIES:
- Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise,
- Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters,
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Plan and prepare work schedules and assign sales workers to duties
- Operate cash registers and authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Sell merchandise to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
Skill requirements
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Minimum 1 – 2 relevant work experience is required
