Description
ESSO located in Hinton, Alberta is hiring a reliable Retail supervisor for gas station and convenience store.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise and Coordinate the activities and work schedules of the cashiers and gas gas station attendants.
- Receive payments from the customers. Sell merchandise in the convenience store.
- Authorize return of merchandise, if needed.
- Supervise activities employees and provide guidance to them in order to provide best customer satisfaction.
- Manage retail product prices for both gas station and convent store.
- Resolve customer complaints as needed.
- Analyze inventory and keep track of specific products and order merchandises.
- Prepare daily reports for review regarding sales, products and stocks to the owner.
- Hire and train new staff if needed.
You need to meet the following qualifications:
Completion of Secondary school is required.
1-2 year of experience in retail trade is required.
English is required,
Your hourly wage will be $22. 10 days of paid holiday or 4 % gross salary is provided.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
