A well-established sign company in Burnaby, BC is looking for an experienced Retail (Wholesale) Sales manager

Job Position: Retail (Wholesale) Sales Manager, Permanent, Full-time
Job Location: 6741 Cariboo Rd #302, Burnaby, BC V3N 4A3
Wage and working hours: $48 ~ $50 per hour, 30~40 hours per week
Required Experience and qualification:
– 3 years of relate work experience in retail or wholesale sales at increasing levels of responsibility is required.
– Completion of secondary is required.
– English language ability (able to communicate in English) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, direct and evaluate the operations in wholesale and retail
– Plan budges and monitor revenues
– Determine customer demand and sales volumes through market research
– Manage staff and assign duties
– Develop merchandise and service plan
– Develop and implement marketing strategies
– Monitor revenues and expenses
– Resolve problems with customers and evaluate and improve customer services
– Negotiate with suppliers
