Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required.
Duties:
Able to assist with training and new hires
Perform high rise rope access, power washing using jet spray, concrete repair/finishing, netting installation (FASET or other).
Clean, maintain and repair exterior building
Handle the right tools to successfully perform the job
Ensure work is accomplished in a reasonable time frame
May work in challenging fast pace environment
May be required to move heavy equipment or material required for the job
Report on Building envelope problems and recommendations for repair
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment
Follow safety procedures and company policies
