Sakeya Sushi is seeking F/T Food Service Supervisor
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15~$18/hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Provide guideline for training purpose to staffs in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- interview food service staff when required
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Give the direction, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of food service staff
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Ability to solve the problem from customers’ complaints and work-related issues
- Establish work schedules
Experience requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
- English
