Tasks
Preserve and strengthen your sales ties to current customers.
Evaluate customers' needs and recommend or help them choose the right products or services.
Discuss prices and other conditions of the sale.
Contribute to the design of products when goods or services need to be customized to meet customers' needs.
Create documents, like as proposals or sales presentations, that highlight the advantages of using the products or services.
Calculate the price of putting in and keeping up with the equipment or service.
Create and manage sales agreements and keep track of client information.
After the sale, speak with customers to address issues and offer further assistance.
Diagnose and fix equipment-related technical issues
Provide instruction on how to use and maintain equipment.
