*Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the appliances being sold, including their features, specifications, and benefits.

*Customer Service: The ability to provide exceptional customer service is paramount.

*Organization and Time Management: Effective organization and time management skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs, and ensuring that sales goals are met.

 

 

Job Duties:

 

         *Manage transactions and handle payments from customers.

         *Maintain digital records of inventory levels and reorder items as needed.

         *Offer guidance and information to customers regarding products.

         *Engage in marketing efforts to attract customers and promote products.

         *Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and purchases.

         *Help organize and present products in an appealing manner.

         *Facilitate online sales transactions and manage e-commerce platforms.

         *Welcome customers and engage in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.

         *Ensure products are ready for customers by packaging, labeling, or arranging as necessary.
