AAQ Technologies is seeking a self-motivated and hard-working Sales Engineer to join our team based out of Oshawa Ontario.  Our Sales Engineer will provide Sales of a range of Management Consulting services to our new and existing clients.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and solicit potential clients;
  • Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients;
  • Provide input into goods and services tailored to clients' needs;
  • Assess clients' needs, recommend appropriate solutions or services, and negotiate prices;
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to illustrate benefits from use of our services;
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records;
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
  • Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support;
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to IT solutions provided;
  • Develop, implement and report on sales strategies to achieve business goals;
  • Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends;
  • Assist with the activities of other technical staff and sales specialists.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A university degree or college diploma in a program related to Management Consulting OR minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales related to Management Consulting is required;
  • Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;
  • Technical administrative experience is an asset;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  •   Must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (required).
