Tasks
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.

4. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for sales team members.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications.
6. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.
7. Coordinate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery.
8. Seeks development of the sales budget and manages expenses within the allocated budgetary limits.
9. Supervise sales team activities, including payroll management and performance evaluation.
