Work Setting: Urban area, Retail business, Wholesale establishment/store, On-site customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties; Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise; Establish work schedules; Sell merchandise; Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; Organize and maintain inventory; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Supervise and coordinate activities of workers; Conduct performance reviews.
Supervision: 3-4 people, Cashiers, Retail salespersons and sales clerks
EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZATION:
Computer Outlook; MS Excel
Product or manufacturing design: Product packaging
Area of specilialization: Retail store
ADDITIONAL iNFORMATION:
Security and safety: Basic security clearance; Criminal record check
Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
