Position: Beauty Shop Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hour/week
Wage: $23 – $28 /hour (depending on experience)
Benefits:
· 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Candidate should plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations for the company of establishment by providing services
· Establish policies and procedures for employees
· Candidate need to plan and control budget and inventory
· Hire, train and supervise staffs
· Candidate should be able to handle customer’s complaints or concerns
· Provide customer service to clients
Job requirements:
· 2 ~ 3 years of experience in beauty industries are required
Educational Requirements:
· Secondary School
