Challenger Security Ltd is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Security Guard Supervisor at Kamloops, BC,V2C 1M2. (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.60/hr and 30-40 hours/week.

Job Description:

  • Plan and schedule work
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Act as point of contact in emergencies
  • Coordinate activities across departments
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Order/requisition materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Resolve work issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend productivity/quality improvements
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review workers’ activities
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
 

Employment Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school (high school diploma) is usually required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • A valid Security Guard License.
