Salary: $54.36/hour
Duties :
1. Plan and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
2. Interview, hire, and train new staff members.
3. Manage and ensure compliance with company governance policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Prepare reports and summaries for management committees to review administrative services.
5. Plan, organize, lead, monitor, and assess day-to-day activities.
6. Oversee the daily functions of a department that delivers various administrative services.
7. Supervise and guide employees who handle tasks such as records management, security, finance, purchasing, HR, or other admin services.
Job Requirements:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• 2 to less than 3 years of security related experience is required.
