We are seeking a passionate and experienced Shift Manager (Food Service Supervisor) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met.

Working hours: 35-40 hours per week
What you’ll do…
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient operation and quality service.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.
- Scheduling shifts for staff and assign works to them.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that all orders meet our high quality standards.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies and controlling operational costs.
- Prepare and maintain records for inventory, equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Address customer inquires and concerns, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
We’re looking for someone to have…
- At least a high school diploma; higher education is preferred
- Experience in food service industry; professional experience in supervisor role is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
