Job Description:
SAROCEMAS INC dba McDonalds Restaurant needs 5 Shift Manager at our 23981 Dewdney Trunk Rd #300, Maple Ridge, BC V4R 1W1
Salary is $17 per hour, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, flexible shift schedule, 2 days flexible days off.
Work schedules are expected to be shifts 7.5 hours up to 8 hours. depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early morning, afternoon, evening, night and /or overnight.
Duties involves:
Oversee manage and schedule the activities of staff/ service crew who prepare, portion, and serve food.
Assess and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparations.
Establish methods to meet work schedules, especially shifting schedules.
Helps maintain standard for raw and finished product quality service and speed, quality, and cleanliness.
Maintained records of stock, sales, and consumption.
Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures accordingly to BC law in Food Safety and Sanitation.
Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards.
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budget.
Employment requirements:
Completion of secondary education is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Minimum of 2 years in management experience in food and beverage is required.
Language Requirement: Speak English, Read English, Write English
