Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $29.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 1031 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5V 3C7

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the activities and overall restaurant operations
• Recruit and supervise staff, and oversee training and onboarding processes
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews
• Manage and set staff work schedules
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed
• Handle cash balancing, prepare balance sheets, and complete related financial reports
• Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for supplies

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
