Smoke on the Water is seeking for a F/T Retail Sales Supervisor
Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $23.50~$26.50/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 2190 Island Highway S., Campbell River, BC V9W 1C1

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff
- Appoint sales workers to the duties and prepare work schedules
- Make sure that the visual standards of the store are maintained
- Retain the specified inventory and order merchandise
- Resolve the issues. including customer requests or complaints
- Authorize payment and the return of merchandise
- Participate in the hiring and training of the new staff
- Oversee and report on staff performance
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising , and personnel matters
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
