Toetosoul Enterprises Ltd. dba ToeToSoul Relax Lounge is looking for a full-time Spa Supervisor.

 

Position: Spa Supervisor

 

Number of Positions: 1

 

Terms of employment:

Full Time, Permanent

 

Start date:

ASAP

 

Educational Requirements:

Completion of secondary (high) school

 

Job requirements:

2 years of experience in spa operation/service or the related field is required.

 

Language Requirement:

English

 

Duties:

• Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of crew members' duties
• Establish and improve workplace procedures
• Assist in hiring, and oversee the training of crew members.
• Monitor and plan inventory and supplies
• Ensure smooth operation of the establishment
• Arrange maintenance and repair work as needed
• Resolve customers’/clients’ complaints and work-related problems
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to head office
• Other supervisor tasks as assigned

 

 

Compensation:

$23/hour

 

Benefits:

4% vacation pay

 

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours/week
