Job Duties:
Plan and control budget and expenditures,
Establish and implement policies and procedures,
Train, direct and motivate staff,
Oversee the classification and rating of occupations,
Manage contracts, Manage training and development strategies,
Oversee development of communication strategies,
Respond to employee questions and complaints,
Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures,
Oversee payroll administration
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
•2 years to less than 3 years of experience required
