Job Duties:
- Maintain room availabilities, reservations, and guest assignments
- Welcome and register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Provide general customer services and information about services available in the community and the hotel facilities
- Address customers’ complaints and claims
- Receive payments from departing guests and provide statements of charges
Job requirements:
- Experience: 7 months to a year of related experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
