Job description:
Next Level Fitness Ltd. located in Surrey is looking for one full time Retail Sales Supervisor to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth running of the store.
- Supervise staff and assign tasks.
- Monitor customer preferences and market trends to guide purchasing.
- Determine products to stock and set pricing policies.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote store products.
- Plan and monitor budgets, review spending, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Address customer concerns and ensure quality service.
- Hire and train new staff as required.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 2-3 years of experience is required.
