Description
Hiring a Supermarket Supervisor
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Previous retail sales experience (2 ~3 years) such as retail sales clerk, cashier, etc. is required.
– Able to work flexible shifts including in the evening and on weekends.
– Knowledge & experience in dealing with Korean and/or Asian foods/products is an asset.
– Main duties:
Oversee and supervise department team members
Maintain inventory ensure items are is stock
Supervise performance of department teams and coordinate each department for the profits
Set employee schedules
Assign tasks and monitor their performance
Provide training to the new staffs
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints
Maintain health and safety measures and store's cleanliness
– Working hours: 8 hours per day & 40 hour per week (Full-time & Permanent position)
– Work location: #100-329 North Rd. Coquitlam, BC, V3K 3V8
– Wage & Benefit: $23.00~ $27.00/hr, 4% vacation pay, dental and extended health benefit after 6 months of employment
