Description
Position: Food Services Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $24.50 ~ $27 /hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant
- Make sure health and safety regulations are properly followed
- Recruit and train staff
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address complaints and concerns receiving from customers
- Manage schedule and performance of whole employees
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Experience requirements:
- 2~3 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
