Position Info:

• Position: Chef
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $22.50~$26.00/hour (depending on Experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: #106 3016 Merchant Way, Langford, BC V9B 0X1

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare main menu items and speciality foods
• Train and supervise cooks and kitchen staffs in food preparation and cooking
• Create menus and new recipes
• Involve in hiring and recruitment process
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2 ~ 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
