Sushi Nova is seeking F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $16.50/hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Address and handle customer complaints and questions
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and train staff in their job duties
- Set staff work schedules and supervise activities of staff
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain inventory records, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Ensure food service and quality control are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
Experience requirements:
- 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
- English
