Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $26.44~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 2082 Comox Avenue, Comox, BC V9M 1P8

Job Duties:

• Establish staff work schedules and monitor work performance
• Determine and implement operational procedures
• Plan, organize, and control the operations of the restaurant
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures when necessary
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies
• Recruit and manage staff training
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are met

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
