Description
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.00 – $18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Participate in train staff in their task and responsibilities.
· Supervise the staff to make sure food is prepared well in a timely manner.
· Estimate and order of food ingredients required for food preparation
· Plan staff work schedules and work methods to meet the load.
· Make sure that food meets quality standards.
· Participate in the hiring process of food service staff and give support in the development of procedures.
· Handle customers’ complaints or concerns
Educational Requirements: Secondary school
Experience Requirements: 2~3 years work experience as a food preparation or service is required
Language Requirements: English
