Description
Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $22.00-25.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40hours/week
Benefits:
· 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
· Recruit staff and oversee staff training
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
· Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
· Resolve customer complaints
Educational Requirements:
· Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Language Requirements:
· English
