Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Cooks
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  4
• Work Location: 1181 Melville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6E 0A3

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook full meals or separate dishes and ingredients
• Design menus, decide on food portion sizes, approximate food needs and expenses, and supervise the procurement of supplies
• Place orders for supplies and equipment
• Keep track of food, supplies, and equipment inventory and records
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and workspaces

 

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
