• Position: Baker
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.50 ~ $20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30 ~ 44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 4801 49 Avenue, Elk Point, AB T0A 1A0

Job Duties:

• Follow procedures to prepare pies, bread rolls, sweet goods, and batters for muffins according to standardized recipes or customized orders
• Draw up production schedules and order list
• Ensure products meet established quality standards
• May train staff in preparation, baking, and handling of finished products
• Request orders for baking equipment and supplies
• Operate baking machinery
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the baking station and work area

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
