Job Duties:
- Prepare and make complete meals, along with individual dishes and ingredients
- Keep a record of the food inventory and place food supply requests
- Make sure to regularly clean the kitchen and workspace
- Oversee kitchen operations
- May plan menu selections, estimate the quantity of each serving, and make an approximation of the total amount of food required for the menus
- May train kitchen staff on preparing, cooking, and safely managing food
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial cooking are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
