Job Duties:
- May plan menus, determine portion sizes, and estimate the quantity of food needed along with its cost
- Keep the kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
- Prepare and cook entire meals following the restaurant’s recipes
- May hire and train kitchen staff if necessary
- Keep track of food inventory and reorder when needed
- Oversee kitchen operations
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
