Ton Ton Sushi Restaurant is seeking F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.00 ~ $16.00/hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Resolve customers’ complaints and work-related issues
- Train staffs in job duties, sanitation, safety and company procedures
- May involve in the hiring process of food service staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Supervise activities of employees
- Order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control are met
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
Experience requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
Language Requirements:
- English
