Tasks
- Plan organize, direct, control, and evaluate the company operation
- Ensure the institutions policies and procedures are followed according to established guidelines and make recommendation for improement
- Network to develop business relations, investment and other banking services and attract corporate and individual customers
- Interview corporate and individual customers and respond to customers enquiries
- Oversee preparation of monthly financial and company progress reports
- Identify personnel training needs
- Esnure collection of overdue accounts
- Prepare financial statments
- Post general entries
- Prepare tax returns
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare financial records and balance various accounts
