Position Info:
- Position: Retail Store Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 114 1 Avenue North, Trochu, AB T0M 2C0

Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
- Assign workers to duties and establish work schedules
- Resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and merchandising
- Involve in hiring and training new staff and monitor performance of staff
- Ensure the maintenance of the store, such as displays, signage, and cleanliness
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
