Skill Requirements:
Education:
No formal education required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Languages:
Written and Oral English
Specific Skills:
– Prepare and apply waterproofing and dampproofing materials to structural surfaces, like masonry concrete.
– Install, repair and replace roofing systems and shingles using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel and waterproof sheet m modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
– Install sheet metal flashings and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
– Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs
