Quik’s Farm Ltd. is a wholesale flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and 20 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space. Quik’s Farm is geared towards the production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology. We produce high quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest.
Job Title: Web Designer

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime and weekend if required)
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Wage rate: $31.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web development or a Related field.
Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant Experience
Language: English

Job Duties:
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing team members to determine the website’s layout, content, and the design.
• Build web applications that enhance team collaboration and workflow management within ERP frameworks. Include features for task assignments, progress tracking, document sharing, and approval processes to foster efficient teamwork and project management.
• Design comprehensive training programs and support materials for users of the web-based ERP applications including online tutorials.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in web development and business process optimization.
• Regularly evaluate and update web-based ERP solutions to incorporate new technologies and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and business growth.
• Meeting with The Company's Management Members and Clients on a regular basis to discuss the design plan and needs of the website.
