Conditions

·         Position: Motel Managing Supervisor (NOC 62022), Full-Time, Permanent position

·         Wage: $21.75 per hour

·         Working hours: 40 hrs/week (8hrs/day, 5days/week)  

·         Vacation: 15 days paid vacation per year

·         Positions Available: 1

Requirement

·         Education: Completion of secondary school

·         Experience: 2 years of experience in the related field or the occupation supervised

·         Language: English

Job duties

·         Oversee the daily activities of the motel staff

·         Mainly work at the front desk

·         Prepare and submit progress and other reports

·         Plan and organise the setup of all events and functions

·         Manage staff work schedule and hire and train new staff

·         Manage same-day room inventory and yield management

·         Requisition supplies and materials

·         Monitor and order the motel supplies

May perform the same duties as workers supervised
