Description
Dream Banquet Hall Ltd. is currently looking for a Permanent, Full-Time Executive Chef to join their team as soon as possible.
Main duties:
- Oversee the activities of specialized chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel, providing guidance and supervision.
- Demonstrate innovative cooking techniques and introduce new equipment to the kitchen staff.
- Possess the ability to plan menus and manage the procurement of food and kitchen supplies.
- Possess the ability to plan menus and manage the procurement of food and kitchen supplies.
- Proficient in preparing and cooking a variety of meals, including pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables, and various, meat, poultry, and fish dishes.
- Responsible for crafting decorative food displays for special events.
- Provide instruction to cooks on food preparation, cooking methods, garnishing and food presentation.
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety will be an asset.
- Minimum one year of experience is required.
Salary: $38.00/hour
