Carbone Pizzeria located in the heart of Nanaimo, BC, is looking forward to hire 1 full-time restaurant assistant manager. Job requirements are as below:

  1. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  2. Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
  3. Monitor and supervise staff performance.
  4. Organize and maintain inventory.
  5. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  6. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  7. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  8. Provide customer service.
  9. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  10. Language requirements: English
