Omega Foods has been on a growth path since its inception in 2022. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has enabled us to expand our operations by adding another franchise under our umbrella. Looking ahead, we have ambitious plans to acquire additional franchises, further strengthening our market presence and making a positive contribution to the Canadian economy and its permanent residence and citizens.

We are expanding our team and looking to add a dynamic leader as an Executive Director to walk us along our path of continued growth:

Job duties:

Executive Director

• Develop and execute operational strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer loyalty at all locations.
• Oversee implementation of Papa John’s proprietary “PULSE” POS, Quality Assurance & Ops Excellence Suite; certify each store to ≥ 95 % on annual OPS audits.
• Direct franchise M&A pipeline (financial modelling, vendor negotiations, legal closings)
• Represent Omega Foods at PJNA (Papa John’s North America) leadership summits; lead quarterly stakeholder briefings for investors and lenders.
• Ensure alignment with Franchisor’s corporate policies, brand standards and franchise agreements.
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue, expenses, labour costs and profit margins at both stores.
• Identify opportunities for local market expansion, promotions and community involvement.
• Analyse sales trends, implement cost saving measure and maximise operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to other owners/partners and corporate.
• Hire and supervise senior staff (manager and shift supervisors) and ensure a productive workforce.
• Represent the company at franchise meetings, participate in corporate training and serve as the primary contact for the franchisor’s corporate headquarters.
• Provide regular reports on store performance in financials, key performance indicators etc.

Qualifications:

• A university degree or college diploma
• Minimum 7 years senior management of three-plus QSR locations, including at least 2 years in a Papa John’s-branded system.
• Proven work experience managing more than one location.
• Completion of Papa John’s “Operations Excellence University” or ServSafe® Manager + FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor certifications is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
