Skills Requirements:

• Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate
• Work experience: 1 month to less than 7 months of experience is required

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, gas station attendants, and food counter attendants
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules to ensure proper staffing for each shift, balancing coverage across cashiers, gas station attendants, and food counter attendants
• Monitor stock levels of gas, diesel and propane and place orders for necessary merchandise and supplies and ensure timely restocking of convenience store items such as snacks, beverages, tobacco and vape products, deli products, pre-made and hot food items and ice-creams.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and operational challenges promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.
• Participate in hiring processes, train new staff members, and regularly evaluate their performance to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the upkeep of store displays, signage, and cleanliness to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Approve customer transactions, refunds, and returns in accordance with company policies.
• Perform the same duties as workers supervised, if needed
• Perform key-holding and managerial duties such as open and close the store, handle escalated complaints, and oversee deliveries and other managerial tasks as required.
